Women's Boot Camp - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Women’s Boot Camp is an interval training class for women that incorporates HIIT and strength training in a fun, upbeat environment. You will work your heart rate up in a safe, effective way using free weights, resistance bands, body-weight exercises and more.

Cost: TBD (Unable to commit to a full session, then please bring $5.00 cash with you when you attend, and we will have a paper registration form for you to fill out the first time.)

Shred It 901 - Tuesday, Thursday @ 11:45 am

Shred It 901 is a 30 minute class designed for women wanting a quick, yet intense, full-body workout. Using resistance bands and dumbbells, build your best body while staying in a positive mindset and finding encouragement from those around you. There are always modifications, so any fitness level is welcome!

Mommy & Me Boot Camp - Monday, Thursday @ 9:45 am

Mommy & Me Boot Camp is a fitness class for women with children. The class is a mix of cardio and strength training and is perfect for all fitness levels. Classes use weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls to get a full body workout. As your young children attend class with you, they are introduced to a healthy lifestyle.

Ladies Personal Training

We have two Personal Trainers, and below is some general info on what you can expect from them.

Women may take advantage of customized (from individual to groups of three) Personal Fitness programs designed and conducted by Lori Williams, ACE-certified Ladies Fitness Trainer or Jennifer Wimberly, Certified Exercise Physiologist. During these scheduled, fee-based sessions, a consummate effort is made to determine what elements of an exercise program need to be integrated in a customized fashion to best accommodate each individual client’s current health requirements and safely achieve her ultimate fitness goals.

All varieties of fitness equipment (free weights, bosu balls, bands, treadmills, ellipticals, etc.) are sourced and applied to provide a full range of fitness options. Pricing is dependent upon each client’s needs.

Aerobics

This is an aerobics class for women only. Weights and resistance bands are used to achieve muscle strength. Various cardio movements are used to raise the heart rate to achieve cardio and pulmonary strength. The balance ball, standing balance, and Pilates exercises are used to improve core strength and balance. A time to share and pray together concludes each class.

Cost: $3.00 (a discount is applied for participants 65 and better). No pre-registration is required for this class.

This is a water aerobics class for women only. Water aerobics offers strengthening for muscles, heart, lungs and balance. Working the body against the water’s resistance allows for a total body workout. No one is too old to exercise in water. Water aerobics provides an excellent low-impact exercise option for those with joint and muscular restrictions.
