Bellevue’s Christmas Store provides Christmas for children in need throughout our community. Please consider giving a gift or donating funds in order to bless families throughout Shelby County.

Gifts can be dropped off at either the West, East, or South entrances of our campus, as well as in our Fellowship Hall during Family Worship Services. Look for the blue collection bins labeled "Christmas Store".

Life Groups will be assigned age groups to purchase gifts for. Please see the chart below for this list. Participating families will be able to purchase gifts as discounted rate of 75% off retail value.

Volunteer

By volunteering your time, you have the opportunity to build relationships with those who need to experience the love of Jesus through you this Christmas.

Event Prep and Set-Up

Pricing Volunteer: Volunteers are needed to process all donated gifts and mark them down to the Christmas Store price.

Volunteer Shifts

  • 7:30 am–11:00 am
  • 10:30 am–2:00 pm

Volunteer Roles

  • Guest Check-In: Show intentional hospitality to all of our guests participating in the Christmas Store. You will ensure that all guests have registered and have arrived at the correct time slot.
  • Hospitality/Evangelism: Volunteers are needed to welcome parents/guardians and  Share Jesus with the families during a welcome time.
  • ‍Shopper: The personal shopper will guide guests to the gift areas and assist them with shopping for their children. This is a wonderful opportunity to build relationships with the neighbors in our community.
  • Gift Rooms: The Christmas Store will be divided into rooms categorized by ages. Volunteers are needed to serve our guests by ensuring a variety of gifts are stocked and displayed in each room.
  • Gift Wrap: Gift wrappers will serve our guests by wrapping their presents at the end of their shopping experience.  
  • Cashier Assistant: Cashier assistants will work closely with the cashiers by helping cut price tags and document purchases.
  • Gift Valet: Serve our guests by greeting and carrying gifts to the cars.
