Responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of offices, clubhouse, model apartment, guest suite, VIP unit, pool house/restrooms, lobby/restrooms, all vacant units of the property before move-in, and all common areas of the property.
Discuss upcoming events and perform weekly cleaning of all common areas.
Performs standby duties to handle emergency cleanups.
Must have good interpersonal skills and read written instructions in English. This individual must have the ability to analyze different situations and foresee forthcoming situations. Must demonstrate the ability to solve problems quickly and decisively. Must be able to demonstrate warmth, affection, and interest in helping others.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.

This job takes place in an apartment community and office.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The position requires almost constant walking and vacuuming, bending, and climbing. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. There is some lifting required, usually less than 25 pounds.
