Technical Director
The supervisor expects his team to work well together, to think creatively, and to innovate.
Once a decision is made, it is expected for the team to execute it quickly and with excellence.
Works with all media team members.
Typically, Sunday through Thursday, however often expected to work late and weekends as production needs dictate. Especially during peak seasons, and during big productions like The Singing Christmas Tree and CampOutrageous.
Salary. Exempt.
The opportunity exists to take a broader creative role in media production.
Often work with heavy equipment, climbing ladders, etc. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must be able to work from heights, lifts, and ladders with hot lights and sensitive equipment.
Fast paced, high expectation, and deadline driven.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Will vary with each day, as shoots will often take place outside, and conditions will flex as the season and weather dictate. Work will involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
