You must identify the lies you believe — You can't defeat what you can't define.
Stop believing Satan's lies!
What to do when Satan lies to you:
  • Recognize the lie
  • Reject and resist the lie
  • Replace the lie with Scripture
Uncross the wires in your brain — Brain-ruts help you do things automatically
Only God's truth can defeat Satan's lies
Rewire your brain with God's Word.
Write it, Think it, Confess it

Review Scripture repeatedly (Joshua 1:8) (Psalm 1:2)
"Ruminate/meditate" on scripture:
  • Get the true meaning out of it
  • Cut a new and better neural pathway in your brain!
  • Repetition is the reason for ruts
Meditation eventually leads to automaticity
Stop expecting "collateral damage" from God; start expecting "collateral goodness" from God!
What you look for is what you'll find; Look for God's goodness and be grateful!
Preframe your future — Choose how you'll view it before it happens.
Focus on God's presence, not your problem.
God's not in the wind, but the whisper!
When you've had enough, God is enough!

Practice God's presence and praise the Lord!
Look at what's right and rejoice!
Go from panic to praise!
Praising God can change your brain!
