Welcome to Bellevue’s School of Performing Arts–a place where adults and children can learn and develop musical skills in a nurturing environment. Our desire here at Bellevue is to provide opportunities to develop and use the talents that God has given to tell His wonderful story and give Him glory!
Kindermusik is offered for our youngest students: ages newborn through age 7. Kindermusik offers families a weekly musical education class that prepares children for school readiness skills and future instrument study.
Classes are held on Wednesday mornings, September through May.

All three of my children did Kindermusik from babies to 5-years-old. Hands down it was the best activity of all the things we did! I truly believe in the benefits that the child received from starting music at such a young age. I loved the child-parent focused time as well. It introduces exposure to different types of rhythms and styles of music. My kids always looked forward to their Kindermusik day! And I did too!
Annette is the owner and director of Kindermusik with Ms. Annette & Friends and has taught Kindermusik for 25 years. She combines her two passions: children and music. Annette has taught elementary classes in Virginia Beach Public Schools, taught preschool at a Christian school in North Carolina, and has as well taught music in several Memphis area preschools since 2001.
She has an extensive background in vocal music where she studied voice at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and traveled internationally with the Chattanooga Singers to several countries.
She went through Kindermusik training and was licensed in Kindermusik in 1994.
Annette has been awarded as a “Top Program” studio by Kindermusik International, which was based on the performance and growth of Kindermusik with Ms. Annette & Friends and as a result she and her staff have achieved this award from 2003 to present. Her program is ranked in the top 3% of all studios world-wide.
She has also been recognized by Kindermusik International for having the 3rd largest Musik @ Schools program worldwide in 2006.
