At this year’s Awesome August we’re seeking the presence of God together. Everyone is invited to hear from a lineup of incredible Spirit-filled speakers as we commence fall activities at Bellevue. Here’s the schedule:
August 7 | Jim Cymbala
Speaker Bio
Jim is the senior pastor of Brooklyn Tabernacle in Brooklyn, New York, and has served there since 1971. He is the author of several books, including Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire. Jim is a staple of our Awesome August lineup and brings encouraging stories of God’s faithfulness from his years of service in one of the toughest areas of our country.
August 14 | Nathan Lino
Speaker Bio
Nathan serves as senior pastor of First Baptist Church Forney in Texas. He’s a fourth-generation South African and has ministered in more than 25 countries around the world. His church is currently seeing a big move of God through its weekly prayer service, and he will share testimonies of encountering the Lord’s manifest presence.
August 21 | Bill Elliff
Speaker Bio
Bill is the founding pastor of The Summit Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a frequent conference speaker, writer, and consultant to churches and has more than 50 years of experience in pastoring and revival ministry. Bill is the author of 12 books, and his passion is to see genuine revival in the Church.

We’re cooking dinner for you! You and your family are invited to enjoy Fellowship Supper each week before Awesome August. We will have a variety of food options available at affordable prices. The menu and prices will be posted on our Culinary web page each week.
Plan Your Visit
Here are some details to help you plan your trip:
- For childcare (3 years and younger), park near the East Entrance. You can follow the parking lot signs to get there, and volunteers will be available to help you with check-in.
- Coffee will be available for purchase at the Café in the West Lobby.
- Visit the Bellevue Bookstore in the West Lobby to shop for Bibles, books, gifts, and more.
Awesome August for Kids
We have a unique worship experience designed specifically for kids in pre-K–3rd grade! While you attend Awesome August, your children will enjoy interactive games, worship, and a lesson from God’s Word. Simply register your child when you arrive at the GRACE Building (Gym). Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Is childcare available?
Yes! Childcare is available during Awesome August for kids age 3 and younger. Enter through the East Entrance to check in.
For kids in pre-K–3rd grade, there is Awesome August for Kids, which is hosted in the GRACE Building (Gym). Details for this event can be found above.
Is Awesome August a free event?
Awesome August is a free, nonticketed event, and seating is first come, first served. While you may want to shop in the Bookstore or purchase coffee in the Café, admission to the worship service is free.
When do the doors open?
Because there is no ticketed seating at Awesome August, we know you may want to arrive early to ensure your desired seating—doors to the Worship Center will open at 5:30 p.m.
Where should I park?
If you will be dropping off young children (3 years and younger) in childcare, the parking lot outside the East Entrance is most convenient. Older children (pre-K–3rd Grade) who will be attending Awesome August for Kids will need to be dropped off at the GRACE Building (Gym). All other guests can park by the entrance of their choice.
