Deacon Nominations
Do you know of someone who would be a good Bellevue deacon? If so, pick up a nomination form in any of the lobbies, fill it out completely, and drop it off at any offering receptacle. You can also complete the nomination form on the Bellevue app or online.
Sista2Sista
Sista2Sista, one of Bellevue’s local missions partners, walks alongside women trapped in prostitution and addiction. With consistent kindness and respect, this ministry builds trust with women where they are—creating space for transformation and a life of hope. At the heart of Sista2Sista is their drop-in center, where “sistas” are welcomed in to share a meal, take a shower, wash their clothes, and rest. For women ready to take the next step away from addiction, Sista2Sista also offers a guest house, which provides them with a safe place to stay while waiting for an opening in a detox center or rehab program.
Adult Softball
Attention, ball players! Men ages 18 and up are invited to play softball with Bellevue Recreation this fall.
Games and practices will take place on Tuesday evenings from August 4 to September 29.
