When the crowds followed Jesus after the feeding of the five thousand, they wanted more bread—but not more of Him. In this message from John 6, we’re challenged to examine why we follow Jesus: for what He gives, or for who He is. Even when the blessings fade and the “bread runs out,” Christ calls us to seek the eternal over the temporary, to desire the Giver above the gifts, and to find complete satisfaction in the Bread of Life Himself.
