We will host a Senior and Family Dinner in the Fellowship Hall following the Saturday evening worship service. This is designed for your immediate family and is free for graduates and parents. The cost is $10 per person for siblings and/or grandparents if you would like for them to attend as well. Pastor Steve and Mrs. Donna will join us for dinner. They will also share words of encouragement with the seniors and their families.
We will have a photo presentation play during the dinner. If you have pictures that you would like to include, please upload up to three photos on this website by April 17th. Include a baby picture and senior picture if possible.
We will conclude our time together at the dinner by allowing you to spend time with your Seniors and give them a blessing and charge as they go forward in this next phase of life. I want to encourage you to begin thinking now about this time. Each of your family members could write an encouraging letter to be read and then have a prayer time with them. You could invite others to join you after the dinner for this special time of blessing. You could have others write things to your graduate that you present to your son or daughter on this day. The possibilities are endless. I would encourage you to be creative and intentional in how you can make this a special milestone in the life of your graduate. Resources are available on this website.
We’ve set up three Sunday night equipping moments for our seniors on April 11, 18, and 25. Watch for more information on this in the weeks to come.
On Sunday, April 25, we are hosting a breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and then we will sit together at the 11:00 a.m. service.
