On Wednesday, January 14, we’re kicking off the spring semester of Bellevue Women with an introduction to our series Encounter: Meeting Jesus in the Gospel of Mark.

Come to slow down, take a deep breath, and step into the life of Jesus with a fresh sense of wonder. Throughout this study, you’ll discover that Mark doesn’t waste words he takes us straight into moments where real people come face to face with the Savior who knows their needs before they can even speak them.

These encounters run deep—steadying the weary, rekindling hope, and reminding us that the same Jesus who met people in crowded streets and village homes still meets us in the midst of real life today. Along the way, you’ll discover a Savior who notices the overlooked, quiets anxious hearts, and brings light into places untouched by hope.
