Legacy Thrift is a nonprofit thrift store that engages Memphis shoppers, donors, and volunteers to make a lasting impact. The profits from Legacy Thrift support global missions, local ministry efforts, and mid-term missionaries—all directly tied to Bellevue’s mission to share Jesus.
When you shop, donate, or volunteer at Legacy Thrift, you help send the Gospel to Memphis and around the world! Specifically, the store’s profits go toward:
- Supporting Bellevue’s local and global missions partners, stepping in when urgent financial needs arise.
- Funding International Mission Board projects and Bellevue partnerships around the world.
- Sending mid-term goers onto the mission field to share the love of Christ.

Legacy Thrift is powered by volunteers. More than 100 people serve each week—sorting donations, organizing merchandise, assisting customers, and helping the store run smoothly. But Legacy Thrift needs more volunteers to continue this life-changing work. Whether you can serve once a week or a few hours a month, your time is valuable and your service makes a difference!
Donations welcome
Our inventory comes from people just like you. We greatly appreciate your gifts of clean, new or gently used home goods, clothing, furniture and more. You can drop items off during store hours or for larger items you can schedule a pickup. Call 901-634-7275. Our furniture donations coordinator, Bill Perry, will help you schedule a convenient pickup time.
