Men of Memphis Conference

February 2–3

Men of Memphis

Thursdays, September 14–November 2 | 6:00–7:00 a.m.
Fellowship Hall | $5 for Breakfast

John the Baptist, last of the Old Testament prophets and the forerunner of Jesus Christ, has much to teach today’s Christian man. His humility was coupled with courage. His devotion to God was steeled with uncompromising loyalty to the truth. With the spirit of Elijah, his words and way of life proclaimed, “Behold, the Lamb of God!” Recruit your sons, friends, or your discipleship group as we learn the value of a fearless faith!

Fight: Winning the Battles That Matter Most

Wednesdays, September 6–October 4 | 6:30 p.m.
W249 | Dana Leake
Some battles are worth fighting. This study helps men uncover who they really are—powerful men with warriors’ hearts. Through studying the life of Samson, a strong man with glaring weaknesses, men will find the strength to fight the battles they know they must win.

Altar Ego: Becoming Who God Says You Are

Wednesdays, October 18–November 15 | 6:30 p.m.
W249 | Derek Ewalt
You are not who you think you are. Take your idea of your own identity, lay it down on the altar, and sacrifice it. Why? Because you are who God says you are. Until you’ve sacrificed the broken concept of your identity, you won’t become who you are meant to be.
