Funerals

Families share their grief at the loss of a loved one, and the Bellevue family is no exception. We want to help you and your family during this difficult time. Our desire is to assist in planning funeral services for our members and their families. We are available to answer questions and provide guidance. During this special time of need, it is comforting to know that someone is there to support you and walk with you as you plan your loved one’s funeral. Email us or call at (901) 347-5680.

Hospital Visits

If you or a loved one has a surgery scheduled or find yourself in the hospital unexpectedly, you may request a visit from a member of our Pastoral Care team. Whatever the situation, a visit from Pastoral Care can bring great comfort when you are in the hospital.

To request a visit, please call us at (901) 347-5680 or email us.

“… I was sick and you visited me …” Matthew 25:36b

Homebound

Do you have a family member who is no longer able to attend church? If you think they would like to be periodically contacted by someone on our Pastoral Care team, please call us at (901) 347-5680 or email us. We, as their church family, want to maintain a connection with them so they do not feel forgotten.

“… I will not forget you!” Isaiah 49:15d

Widow’s Ministry

As you walk through this difficult time, know that you are not alone. God is walking alongside you.

‍“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” Psalm 23:4

Our Pastoral Care team is here to support you as well. It is our prayer that through faith and fellowship, you will find a place of peace, purpose, and belonging. If you or a loved one have recently lost a spouse, please contact us at (901) 347-5665, or email us. Someone from Bellevue will contact you personally to see how you are doing and find out how we may assist you during this difficult transition.

“Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.” James 1:27
