I have been indulging in something simple for almost 2 years now. Specifically, a person. I know she is wrong for me although I love her dearly. I’m fairly sure God wants me to end the relationship, but I don’t want to lose her for my life and I want God to change her instead. I also don’t want to lose her because without her I have no one. I have no one in a daily friendship type. I don’t even communicate with my family on a daily basis anymore. I am very weak and lonely and just discovered I have a genetic condition that affects my depression and anxiety. I would love to be so faithful that I don’t require any connections from any humans at all in my life, but for some reason, I’m not there and I just don’t feel the connection with God. I did read His word but not as much as I could. I stopped feeling it. I have asked him what does he want from me and how does he want to use me but I have not heard anything. I’m in submission to God and God‘s not giving me anything back with her. All I have is misery. I am in constant thought of this one person in my life 24 hours a day.

After 26 years with a company I was let go in January due to reorganization. I know God already knew this was going to happen and he will and is taking care of me, but I believe in the power of prayer. If you could please join with me in praying that God will begin to open doors I would appreciate it. I know all things work together for those that love the Lord and its his timing and not ours.
