These are general guidelines and are subject to change based on workload and ministry priority. Please reach out for custom lead times if you have a big initiative or unique scenario so we can partner with you. (Examples of big initiatives: CampOutrageous, Catalyst, Curriculum, Camps, SCT)

Event Promotion
6–8 weeks to promo start

Onsite: 4 weeks
Offsite: 8 weeks

New design: 4 weeks (plus 1 week, if printing)

Studio direct-to-camera: 2 weeks

Media Partnership

Partner with the Media Team for the promotion of a new initiative or repeat initiative that will require multiple Media resources.
