I'm a 71 yr old disabled man who had emergency gallbladder surgery removal 6 weeks ago. I'm still struggling with a lot of post surgery depression. I need prayer that God would lift me up and out of this depression. I was given anti-depression medicine by my Dr but I've never had to take this kind of thing before and don't want to now with all the side effects. Please pray that God would manifest himself in Philippians 4:13 -"I can do all things through Christ who strengths me"

Singleness is awful. I am a faithful believer living a chaise life but for some reason unknown to me God will not bless me with a mate. He will not tell me why. I am in my 50's never been married and absolutely no prospects in sight. I don't have the gift of singleness. I am not called to be a nun. I would like Him to tell me what the hindrance is so I can work on what I need to work on if I am the problem.
