My son does not appreciate me and I have been good to him for 34 years. He moved his family in with me and has never lived out on his own. His girlfriend and her daughter, who was two, has had stability that they had never known before moving in with me. But, I feel they are just resentful and think my house belongs to them. If I say "my" house they become defensive. It's just a sad situation. They have both became disrespectful to me. I have worked hard and now have nothing to show for it because I've been keeping so many people up. I want out of the situation but I feel so stuck. I am ready for retirement. Should be a time of peace, but it's a time of turmoil. Please pray the Lord will lead me and show me what to do, direct my paths.
