We believe God calls every Christian to serve the Body of Christ in some way, whether that’s once a month or every week. However God has gifted you, there is a way for you to serve at Bellevue!

Volunteer Forms

All volunteers are required to complete a Confidential Safety Application (CSA). While we understand the following application has some questions that are sensitive and uncomfortable, in order to protect the children and vulnerable adults in our ministries, we ask that you complete all the questions to the best of your ability.
